Garrett Hartline, a 12th-grader at El Toro High in California, took third in the Division 1 boys senior/invitational 3-mile race in 14:45.9 at the 48th Dana Hills Nike Invitational at Dana Hills High in Dana Point. Hartline helped El Toro secure sixth place overall with 196 points.
