Murrieta Valley CA senior Caitlin Billman won her girls varsity large school race for the third consecutive year at the Desert Twilight Festival in Casa Grande, Ariz. Billman covered the 5-kilometer course in 18:24, lowering her winning mark of 19:01 from last year.
