Carmen Alder, a junior at Brigham Young, won the women's blue 6-kilometer race in 19:36.2 at the Virginia College and Open meet, which also serves as the NCAA Division 1 Pre-Nationals, at the Panorama Farms Course in Earlysville, Va. Alder led five BYU athletes in the top 10 to secure the team title with 32 points.
